Before founding the firm in 1997, Marilyn Machlowitz served in senior corporate roles and led the board search practice at Catalyst. She is widely recognized and respected in the field of executive search.
Marilyn retired from search in 2021 but remains committed to mission-based organizations as a board member and pro bono advisor. A graduate of Princeton University, she received her Ph.D. from Yale University.
